MobiNet

MobiNet is a student initiative to form an open development process of audio and video sharing among mobile devices. The current development platform is Apple iPhone / iPod Touch.

The following applications are under development:

• PAS4i - An audio-sharing network among iPods for voice chat & karaoke. Built upon a structured peer-to-peer network, Scribe application layer multicast is used to distributed audio streams among participants on demand. Audio processing for voice and music is performed on the iPod devices.
