received the 2012 Annual IEEE Consumer Electronics Society Chester Sall Memorial Award in first place. These awards recognize the best papers published in the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics.

This paper presents our scalable video solution for mobiles that adapts to changing network conditions. Our solution is part of the full-fledged conferencing system PlaceCam and available from Daviko GmbH.
